Walk into Chalmers Ford Quick Lane on any given morning and there is a good chance Jose Martinez-Valdivia is already at it, greeting customers, keeping things moving, and making sure the visit feels easy from the moment someone pulls in. 

In just six months on the team, Jose has made a clear impression. Not by doing anything flashy, but by doing straightforward things consistently well. 

"Helping others, having good customer service and making people smile," Jose says when asked what he enjoys most about his work. "That's what it's about for me." 

And customers notice.
