Meet Michael Trujillo, one of the Real People making a difference every day on our sales team at Chalmers Ford. 

Michael joined us just a year ago, but in that short time he’s become known for what he brings to every interaction: a positive attitude, a genuine smile, and a commitment to making the buying process simple. As he puts it, “I enjoy offering a simple buying experience, making things easy to get you into your dream vehicle.” 

For Michael, what sets Chalmers apart is the culture. “Chalmers is a place where we truly put the customer first. When you walk through the doors you are valued. The team here helps one another, and that makes you feel valued too.” 

It’s no surprise our managers see the same qualities. Chris Taylor, General Sales Manager, shared, “Michael comes to work with a positive attitude and constantly has a smile on his face. He’s willing to help new sales staff and has thrived in the Chalmers culture as a salesperson.” 

When asked what he’d say to someone thinking about joining the team, Michael doesn’t hesitate: “If you enjoy what you do, you’ll enjoy working here.”
